This workshop is part of the Graphics Lab, a project aimed at picture retouching to improve the graphical content of the Wikimedia projects. More information about the lab can be found on its main page and requests pages (Illustrations ; Photographs ; Maps ; Video and Sound). To ask questions or make a suggestions, see the talk page of the graphic lab page.

This specific page is the requests page for the Photography Workshop. Anyone can make a request for a photograph to be improved. The standard format for making a request is shown below, along with general advice, and should be followed.

It would be great if the watermark could be removed; any other improvements that experts see as sensible would also be welcome! The local image for the subject currently in use on enwiki is unfortunately copyrighted in the US due to the URAA and will have to be removed, so this is the only one we have. Watermark removal would be very much appreciated. This bears the only image of the subject I could find that is unaffected by URAA restoration.
