Licence tags

Hello Anthere, a late welcome on the commons. Could you please use Commons:Copyright tags for all your images? And also, please upload your photos in a correct orientation (so far some images need 90° rotation still) ... ;-) Regards --:Bdk: 20:30, 1 Feb 2005 (UTC)

I will tag them all with full description when I am done with the entire collection. I will fully categorize them as well. I promise. I am aware of the vertical issue, I will fix it. I wanted to delete the errors, but I have no sysop status here. I will do it all in a row when I am fully done.

Commons : Reupload of already deleted dick picture

Salut Anthere, je ne sais pas si la suppression de fichier nécessite un admin ou un steward, alors je te dérange un peu aussi. Je pense que la photo qui suit est clairement a supprimer. Je veux bien admettre des "nécessité d'éducation" partout mais là j'ai du mal à le voir au vu de l'utilisateur ( son unique upload et son argumentation). Vois toi même.

Image à supprimer

Bonjour, récemment arrivé sur Commons j'ai uploadé quelques images mais je n'ai pas encore la main :) En effet je me suis trompé dans le nom donné à cette image http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Saint_Girons.png qui est un blason. Réalisant ma betise j'ai voulu faire "Mettre une nouvelle version de cette image" pensant que cela écraserait l'ancienne. Et bien non, à mon grand désarrois il y a maintenant une autre image avec le bon nom (Blason Saint Girons). Je crois que je ne peux pas supprimer une image de moi-même, je viens donc me renseigner ici. Par avance merci Koro 12:25, 4 February 2006 (UTC)

Deux autres faits me troublent : le drapeau n'est pas utilisé sur la wikipedia lettone et l'utilisateur qui avait fourni le drapeau est parti en laissant comme message d'adieu en espagnol :

I upload this image: La Dame de Saint-Sernin, from french wikipedia (w:fr:Image:La Dame de Saint-Sernin.jpg) but the license is very ambiguous and I suspect that may be not valid.

I ask you, please, to report me if it is valid or not. Or if there are another license more suitable. If the permission is not valid, don't hesitate, delete the image, but if there are one way to save it, I beg you to try it.

Bonjour, ci joint une copie de [2]

Je pense qu'il ne faut faut pas attendre et supprimer, c'est à nous administrateurs de langue française à donner cette dynamique et de protéger les contributeurs... Supprimons ces images maintenant. Je suis prêt à le faire, les ai repérées pour la plupart, j'avais commencé à les tager copviomais faute d'un soutient communautaire je suis dans l'impasse (si j'obtiens ce soutient je supprimerai sans tager).

Et voici la copie (c'est à propos de Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Louvre DSC00662.JPG) :

La législation française, la législation italienne nous sont trés défavorables. Il existe pourtant en France une jurisprudence, de la cour de cassation (ce qui n'est pas rien) qui pourrait nous être favorable. Je pense que tu minimises l'importance architecturale de l'oeuvre de Buren et cie qui a été reconnue par la cour. L'espace qui est aujourd'hui occupé par l'entrée du musée du Louvre avec sa pyramide, ses bassins et fontaines, LXIV cavalier par Mr Le Bernin, sans doute le rond-point et en tout cas les premiers bosquets du jardin des Tulleries ne peuvent être distribués sous les termes de la GFDL. Mais je pense que cet ensemble est comme le dit la cour de cassation fondu et intriqué dans dans un lieu relevant du domaine public (La Grande Arche non merci). On a ici un bel aprés-midi d'été dans dans un lieu relevant du domaine public. Aussi je pense que nous devrions garder cette image au moins le temps de supprimer toutes les autres. Ce qui est loin d'être fait car j'avais commencé, on a l'embarra du choix, mais, depuis que l'on m'a demandé de passer par une demande de surpression dont je m'étonne qu'elle n'ait pas abouti : Commons:Deletion requests/Image:Tour Montparnasse, Paris.jpg, je suis dans l'impasse. Je m'étonne du manque de réactivité de la communauté (y compris dur irc) sur ce problème bien qu'au final je ne me fasse aucune illusion quand à la la suppression des ces photos. Pourtant cet arrêt de la cour de cassation, qui ne s'applique qu'à de rares endroits, nous est favorable et je pense qu'il l'est pour le Louvre coté Tulleries et j'irais même jusqu'à penser (même je ne prendrais pas ce risque) que celle-ci pourrait l'être. Par contre celles de l'intérieur et celles de la renversée... Jette un oeil à la catégorie Category:Louvre Pyramid. Je rève d'un moment où, lorsque les cités radieuses s'écroulent, on pourrait s'accrocher aux maigres barreaux blancs que nous offrent Buren. Le plus drôle c'est qu'aujourd'hui on ait aucune photos de la place des terraux burénisée...

Lorsque la Fondation sera mieux outillée juridiquement dans la défense du contenu qu'elle héberge et peut-être des contributeurs qui le créent, elle tranchera ces quelques incertitudes.

Pour l'instant, nous nous devons de supprimer et de garder vigilance sur les cas évidents.

Thank. Y a-t-il un bac à sable sur Common ? Par exemple un endroit où on peut importer des images qui sont automatiquement supprimées une heure après. Common rejette la plupart des images que je tente d'importer en pretextant qu'elles sont corrompu, vide ou invalide, et je n'ose pas faire trop de tests de peur de poluer Common.

Galleries and 'offensive' images

Hi,

I assume you are aware that your 'hand of god' intervention[3] of editing a protected page without comment caused a bit of consternation and left other editors a bit shell shocked after it was pointed out that you are the chairperson (insert Monty Python visions of a hand coming down from above and plucking the offensive material from the gallery :-).

Assumptions were made that this was some sort of board decision and further actions and explanations would be forthcoming. Our discussion on Talk:Ariel_Sharon is now coming to the view that this was just your personal edit and not a commandment from on high. Nobody (I may be wrong ;-) has a problem with that, but a comment or two letting us know would have helped :-). We are continuing on this basis (so let us know quickly if there is something brewing that we are not aware of :-).

Given your involvement in this case, and your previous contributions to Dispute and Conflict resolution pages, your input would be more than welcome on Talk:Ariel_Sharon. We need ideas on how to present such images in ways that do not hide their existence but also do not push them in the faces of those who are offended by them. --Tony Wills 10:58, 7 December 2007 (UTC)

Dromedary pic

User Bgag in the English wikipedia have added your photo Menare.jpg to the article en:Dromedary. I was conserned about the caption of the photo so I posted the following on his talk page.

Thanks for adding the picture of the Dromedaries in Algeria to the Article Dromedary. The caption of the image reads "A caravan of the Ramirez family in Algeria with Donna leading the pack" --my reds. Can you clarify who Ramirez family and Donna are?. If they are not notable or not real entities please remove them from the caption. Thanks. (A copy of this post have been posted on the discussion page of the original uploader of the photo)

Hi! You deleted the photo so quickly that I have no time to object... The photo was a good example to descrabe the way a man urinating usually. So I have no idea what is a purpose with deleting. I did not delete because it was shocking. It was simply an image of pretty bad quality. Poor light, unsufficient resolution etc... The important point is that the images should be placed in the general structure somewhere. There are a large number of completely unsorted images on Commons right now. If you would like to help to place some of those images where they can be found, please do!

Bonjour. Par la magie des hyperliens, je suis tombé sur File:Bouquet fleurs.png, où un contributeur avait effacé la description [4]. Je l'ai remise (avec le modèle qui va bien) mais ce n'est pas l'objet de ma question.

Les sources de File:Bouquet fleurs.png et de ses diverses versions mentionnent en:Image:Myosotis2.2s.JPG (avec toi comme auteur) qui semble ne jamais avoir existé. Par contre fr:Image:Myosotis2.2s.JPG a existé et a été supprimé pour « image en doublon avec Image:Veronique.jpg et non liée », et fr:Image:Veronique.jpg a elle-même été supprimée pour « sur commons : Veronique.jpg => Image:Veronica chamaedrys2.jpg ». J'adore les enquêtes désespérées dans les historiques.

Pourrais-tu me confirmer que File:Veronica chamaedrys2.jpg est bien la source recherchée, afin que je mette à jour les descriptions des pages concernées ?

J'ai uploadé l'image "Christian Luscher2.jpg" et vous l'avez supprimé pour motif de violation du copyright. Je connais personnellement et la personne dirigeant l'agence à l'origine de la photo, et la personne représentée sur cette photo. J'ai l'autorisation de la personne représentée pour diffuser la photo sur wikipédia (illustration de l'article de cette même personne). De plus cette image est affichée publiquement dans le cadre d'une campagne politique. Est-ce toujours une violation du copyright ?

Je suis débutant sur wikipédia. Ai-je fait une faute de classement ? N'ai-je tout simplement pas le droit de l'uploadé ?

En cherchant autre chose, je suis tombé sur la suppression du fichier «File:Papier à cigarettes JOB par Gaspar Camps i Junyent.jpg», que tu as passé en suppression immédiate le 10 février 2013. Je ne peux pas voir l'image du fichier supprimé mais d'après le titre, je suppose qu'il s'agit d'une image de papier à cigarettes JOB. Dans Commons:Deletion requests/File:Papier à cigarettes JOB par Gaspar Camps i Junyent.jpg, je vois que l'intervenant semble suggérer que l'article de Wikipédia serait erroné et que l'auteur de l'oeuvre serait mort en 1987, plutôt qu'en 1942 comme le dit l'article. Or, je ne vois rien qui indique d'où l'intervenant sort ce 1987 (ce qui, d'ailleurs, ferait mourir l'auteur de l'oeuvre à 113 ans). L'année 1942 donnée dans l'article de Wikipédia semble correcte et est soutenue par les sources. Par ailleurs, par rapport à la politique interne de Commons, l'intervenant fait aussi une autre erreur lorsqu'il réfère au pays d'origine de l'auteur, alors qu'il faut se référer au pays d'origine de l'oeuvre (le pays de la première publication de l'oeuvre), qui dans le cas de cette oeuvre est la France. Puisque l'oeuvre en question a été publiée en France avant 1923 et que plus de 70 ans se sont écoulés depuis 1942, cette ouvre est donc libre aux États-Unis et en France et sa présence ne devrait pas poser de problème sur Commons, avec les bandeaux PD-1923 et PD-old-70. Demande de déblocage

J’ai découvert avec une certaine stupéfaction, pour ne pas dire une stupéfaction certaine, que j’ai été bloqué un mois (pas moins !) et sans aucun avertissement par le dénommé Dereckson qui n’a pas supporté que je corrige récemment une faute stupide mais très répandue - « en Avignon » au lieu de « à Avignon » - faute tellement répandue qu’il se trouve même des gens pour croire que « en Avignon » est la seule tournure correcte.

Il justifie mon blocage par des reproches qui m’ont été adressés en 2010 sur Wikipédia en français. Sans doute faudrait-il lui rappeler que nous sommes en 2013. De plus, depuis 2010, j’ai tenu compte des critiques de l’époque, ce qui explique qu’il n’y en a plus eu depuis.

Il affirme que ma ma page de discussion sur Wikipedia en français comporte plusieurs plaintes à propos de ce en Avignon / à Avignon. Il lui aurait suffi de lire attentivement les « plaintes » pour constater que ce n’étaient pas des plaintes mais des interrogations sur le motif de la correction ; qu’après explication mes interlocuteurs avaient admis que j’avais raison ; que si effectivement, il y a eu un litige avec un autre utilisateur, c’est parce que j’avais corrigé plusieurs « en Avignon » corrects (car cette tournure n’est pas forcément incorrecte) et qu’après discussion, nous étions tombés d’accord.

Il me reproche mon pseudo : attaque ad hominem.

Je me serais engagé dans une guerre d’édition : ([e.g. http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=File:Promo_008.jpg&action=history]). Si Dereckson avait lu l’historique de l’article, il aurait constaté qu’au contraire, quand je me suis rendu compte que cela tournait à la guerre d’édition, j’y ai mis fin en donnant des explications complètes, à la fois sur la page de discussion de l’article en cause, et sur la page de discussion de mon interlocuteur, explications qui ont fait que celui-ci a cessé de « corriger » mes corrections.

Sur ma manière de répondre, voir ci-dessus.

Je ne prendrais pas en compte les conseils qui me sont donnés. Dereckson peut-il citer les conseils qui m’ont été donnés ? Hormis le message d’accueil, le message de Dereckson, suite au blocage, est le premier que je reçois !

Enfin, j’inonderais les pages de discussion avec des arguments « sans aucun sens ». Je vous suggère donc de lire une seule d’entre elles (toutes les autres sont identiques) afin de vous faire votre propre idée sur ces « non-sense arguments ».

Pour toutes ces raison, et devant l’inanité des motifs de mon blocage, je demande mon déblocage. Mon adresse IP actuelle est 84.246.217.25 et mon identifiant de blocage est 117876. (La procédure veut que l’on précise ces indications dans toutes les requêtes de déblocage.) Je vous remercie par avance.

PS : Sur la page d’explication qui s’ouvre lorsque l’on veut modifier un article, la procédure de demande de déblocage est indiquée : il faut s’adresser à un administrateur. Et là, surprise : un utilisateur bloqué ne pouvant modifier une page de discussion, il ne peut donc pas demander son déblocage ! C’est pourquoi j’adresse ma demande sous IP, depuis mon téléphone.

Pour le cas où Dereckson, piquerait une nouvelle crise en voyant une nouvelle correction de faute d’orthographe effectuée par moi, pouvez-vous m’indiquer comment il faut s’y prendre pour demander un déblocage ?

Demande de déblocage puis de suppression de compte

Bonjour,

Suite à une requête en suppression d'une image que je pense être une image de presse usurpée, j'ai été prise à parti puis, vu que je persistais à douter de la sincérité de cette image, j'ai été bloquée. Mon adresse IP, indiquée dans la procédure de déblocage est la suivante : 83.204.212.105 ; mon IP actuelle : 90.84.144.134 (non indiquée dans la procédure puisque si je me connecte avec, elle sera automatiquement bloquée) ; enfin, mon identifiant de blocage est 124381. J'écris actuellement depuis une connexion mobile. A défaut je ne pourrais vous adresser aucun message puisque tout m'est devenu interdit...

Je vous indique que mon petit ami (Holen-mor), se connectant donc forcément depuis le même ordinateur que moi, a aussi été bloqué au motif de faux-nez et vandalisme.

J'estime qu'il est inconcevable d'être traitée ainsi et muselée de la sorte au moindre désaccord. Je pense également qu'il est inadmissible que des fichiers douteux soient légitimés par l'opération de copineries, comme c'est ici le cas. Pour cette raison je ne peux ni ne veux continuer à cautionner des agissements délinquants, et il est hors de question que mes contributions continuent à demeurer sur un site qui méconnait autant les droits liés aux images.

Aussi je vous demande gracieusement :

1 - de débloquer mon compte afin que je puisse ouvrir les requêtes en suppression sur mes fichiers téléversés ; à défaut de procéder vous-mêmes et sans délais à ces suppressions.

2 - de supprimer définitivement mon compte tout en veillant à ce que celui-ci ne puisse être recréé ; ma volonté est de disparaite totalement de ce site qui enfreint sciemment les lois.

A titre subsidiaire, j'estime également être en mesure de solliciter des sanctions exemplaires à l'encontre des administrateurs m'ayant abusivement bloquée pour mieux me faire taire. Ceci d'autant que je ne me suis pas rendue coupable de vandalisme. Le vandalisme tenant plutôt dans l'obstination à défaire, clore et dénaturer systématiquement mes interventions, requêtes et arguments. Néanmoins cette demande demeure facultative, puisque subsidiaire... Au fond, la roue tourne toujours et la vérité finit forcément par éclater un jour. Donc je ne m'en fait pas trop pour l'avenir des concernés.
